III. smoking oven Features:
1. Full computer control program, it can display temperature, humidity graphs, in matching recorder running when running monitor, also it can display graph execution of each process element and the state form.
2. Imported SMC pneumatic pilot valve control steam flow speed with accurate temperature requirement and reliable operation. the tolerance of temperature in entire cabinet is less than 1 ºC
3. Blades of 3000 rev / min balancing check, the maximum wind speed of up to 25 m / s, effectively guarantee stable temperature for meat in the baking process.
4. Wood grain smoke generator supply a stable smoke, fume and quick coloring, with the clean smoke accessing into the fume cabinet.
5.  Equipped with high-pressure pipeline pump for cleaning the coil and the smoke pipe in the dirt. Mounted with sprinkler nozzle in coil and smoke pipe for a variety of angles.
