This peeling machine is suitable for the almond,peanut,soybean,broad bean,green bean and so on.This peeling machine is mainly used at the earlier stage of the food,cans,beverage products and almond milk.It has the high efficiency and high peeling rate.The peeled almond is white.During the peeling process,the protein in the almond and other nuts will not be broken.
Working principle:
At first,soak the almond in the warm water for 10-20minutes.Then put the almond into the hopper.The rubber gasket of the peeling machine will peel the almond by friction.And the separating device will separate the peel and nut automatically.
Material of the machine:
The feeding hopper,discharge hopper,screen and blades are made of 304 stainless steel.The frame,belt pulley,bearings are carbon steel.The rubber gasket is abrasion-proof and food grade.
